Please read every clause carefully before using the platform.
By accessing 111b, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. 1. Eligibility
Clause 1.1
Age Requirement

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 111b reserves the right to verify your age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where this requirement is not met. Any winnings accrued on an account found to be in breach of this clause may be forfeited.
Clause 1.2
Geographic Eligibility
111b is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your country or territory of residence. If online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not register or use 111b.
Clause 1.3
One Account Per Person
Each individual may register and maintain only one account on 111b. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals held therein.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access the full features of 111b, you must create a registered account. By completing registration you agree to the following obligations.
Clause 2.1
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and mobile number. You must promptly update any information that changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund.
Clause 2.2
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 111b will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify 111b support immediately.
Clause 2.3
KYC Verification
111b reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time. You may be required to submit documentation including a government-issued ID or proof of age. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 111b are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals made through your 111b account.
Clause 3.1
Supported Payment Methods
111b currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice. You must use a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where technically possible.
Clause 3.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and an absence of pending bonus wagering requirements. 111b reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal request if the account is subject to a review or investigation. Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for the original deposit where operationally possible.
Clause 3.3
Transaction Limits
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change. Maximum transaction limits may also apply at the discretion of 111b, particularly where anti-money laundering procedures require enhanced due diligence.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
111b offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms detailed at the time of the offer and to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Clause 4.1
Welcome Bonus
New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for the 111b welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Full wagering requirement details are displayed at the time of the offer and within the account promotions section.
Clause 4.2
Bonus Abuse
Any evidence of bonus abuse — including placing opposing bets to lock in profits, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Clause 4.3
Bonus Expiry
Bonuses and free spins are subject to expiry deadlines. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are specified for each promotion and displayed in the account promotions dashboard.
5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
Use of 111b must at all times be for legitimate, personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform.
Prohibited activities include:
- Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any manner not intended for human users.
- Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform as a vehicle for moving funds.
- Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or bugs in the platform software or games to obtain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent wagering activity on sports betting markets.
- Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to operate an account on your behalf.
111b investigates suspected prohibited conduct thoroughly. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account, void all bets and bonuses, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the account. Serious cases may be referred to relevant authorities.
6. Responsible Gaming
111b is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity and set personal limits. These tools are a core part of our platform, not an optional add-on.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the 111b platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, data compilations, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 111b or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from 111b. Any unauthorised use of 111b intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law, potentially giving rise to civil and criminal liability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111b, its directors, employees, agents, and content providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if 111b has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
111b does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the platform is at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Amendments to These Terms
111b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notice on the platform, by email, or by SMS to your registered mobile number. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of 111b following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting 111b support.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming and betting services in the jurisdiction in which 111b operates. In the event of a dispute, you should contact 111b support in the first instance. 111b will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to seek resolution through the applicable legal processes in the relevant jurisdiction.
